The FUN HOUSE is real FUN indeed. It is said to be one of the oldest rides ever, appearing originally in the early 1900s at Coney Island and still is one of the most amusing rides which can be found in an amusement park. It is a walk-through ride and unlike thrill rides, it is a participatory attraction, incorporating aspects of a playful obstacle course, it seeks to distort conventional perceptions and startle people with unstable and unpredictable physical circumstances within an atmosphere of wacky whimsicality. It is made of a series of semi-dark corridors or a mirror maze including various kinds of moving floors activated by sensors, a revolving barrel , a slide, odd escalators, laser mazes or a combination of tilt and optical illusions.
The Fun House can be developed to new, high-tech heights.
